Blend limestone powder (60-80%), PVC resin, stabilizers, and additives in precise ratios. And then Feed mixture into engineered calender lines, pressing into dense core boards at 180-200°C.

Laminate wear layer (0.3-0.7mm transparent PVC) and decorative film (wood/stone patterns) onto core via heat press or create synchronized textures matching surface designs using laser-etching technology. And then cut it to the rough big plank.

Apply 2layers of UV-cured lacquer under LED irradiation:

Creates matte/satin/gloss finishes

Precision-cut planks to specified sizes (e.g., 6″x48″) and mill click-lock edges via CNC routers.
Create tongue-and-groove profiles compatible with Unilin click.

Conduct 8-point inspection: thickness tolerance (±0.1mm), lock fit test, abrasion resistance (≥6,000r), waterproof verification, flexural modulus test and peel strength test.
